About the project
On Del Monte Avenue in Monterey, this tenant improvement turned an existing commercial space into a MoGo Urgent Care clinic, one of three that Montage Health opened across the region in 2020. The clinic takes walk-ins for minor illnesses and injuries such as allergies, colds, sprains and sports physicals, and patients can also book online. Montage spent about two years developing the Monterey site, which opened in the spring of 2020, early in the pandemic, with hours planned from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day.
