About the project
This tenant improvement placed a MoGo Urgent Care clinic in an existing medical office building on 2nd Avenue in Marina, giving north Monterey County a walk-in option for colds, allergies, scrapes, sprains and other minor illnesses and injuries. It opened in the spring of 2020 alongside the Monterey clinic, as part of an effort by the nonprofit Montage Health to ease the area’s shortage of primary care physicians. Patients could walk in or schedule online, and the clinic was set up to stay open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day.
