Holman Ranch, Carmel Valley

Restoration of 6,000 SF hacienda originally built in 1928.

Paul W. Davis and Stocker & Allaire General Contractors worked together to draft a restoration plan for the 6,000-square-foot hacienda originally designed for San Francisco businessman Gordon Armsby in 1928 to bring its design back to that era.

286 Eldorado Street

Offices and Residence
286 Eldorado Street

Completed in 2000, this 4,608 SF mixed-use building includes 2,932 SF of commercial office space with 1,675 SF private residence above.

Careful study and use of the site allowed for maximum square footage on a small building lot.

An underground parking garage keeps parking on site.

Construction types include a post-tension slab over parking

La Gloria Senior Apartments

Completed in 2011
Twenty-three one-bedroom units
Residents’ Center with community meeting room and laundry room.
A community garden is provided for residents.

Castro Plaza

Completed 2007
The 16,000 SF project includes a new library, child and family educational center, historical exhibits, community meeting facilities and county offices. The plaza originally planned for the town by Juan Castro was restored, complete with a fountain from Castroville’s sister city Guanajuato in Mexico.

Sainta Lucia Preserve 1

8,400 SF home located in a private reserve in Carmel Valley.

Home was set into the side of a hill to capture beautiful open space views on different levels created for various types of living/entertaining arrangements. Project included main residence, guest house, caretaker’s cottage and barn.

Oak Park Community - Paso Robles

Completed in 2020
Oak Park Community Apartments located in the City of Paso Robles, County of San Luis Obispo
Affordable multifamily housing community consisting of a four-phase project totaling over 300 affordable housing units, that replaced the 148 units of deteriorated public housing previously existing on the site.
